1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding RelayChat to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the bot.

2. Service Description

RelayChat is a Discord bot that enables real-time communication between different Discord servers. The bot facilitates message relay, moderation features, and server-to-server connections.

2.1 Core Features

• Real-time message relay between servers
• Webhook integration for seamless communication
• Moderation tools and server banning capabilities
• Anti-spam protection
• Server connection management

3. Usage Limitations

The service has the following technical limitations:

• Maximum 1,000 active server pairs at any time
• Message rate limit of 5 messages per 10 seconds per user
• 60-second inactivity timeout for connections
• Maximum 100 servers in waiting queue
• Automatic cleanup during high load conditions

4. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from transmitting any content that:

• Violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Contains malicious links or executable code
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Contains explicit adult content or NSFW material
• Attempts to circumvent the bot's security measures
• Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users

5. Privacy and Data Handling

The bot collects and processes the following data:

• Server IDs for connection management
• Channel IDs for active connections
• Message content for relay purposes (not stored)
• User IDs for spam prevention
• Ban records for moderation purposes

Data retention: Ban records and server settings are stored indefinitely. Message data is not stored and is only used for real-time relay.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

The bot employs the following moderation measures:

• Automatic spam detection and timeout system
• Server-level banning capabilities
• Content filtering (links and attachments)
• Auto-disconnect for inactive connections
• Emergency cleanup during high load

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any server that:

• Repeatedly violates these terms
• Engages in spam or abuse
• Attempts to exploit or manipulate the system
• Uses the service to harm other communities

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Message delivery
• Availability of connections
• Prevention of all harmful content

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
